OVERVIEW: Participant Clinical Facesheet

The Clinical Facesheet appears in the left-hand panel of every Participant’s chart in the Clinical EMR, providing quick access to key clinical information such as medical history, medications, problems, and allergies.

It remains visible and accessible throughout the chart—even while documenting in a visit note—so providers can easily reference important information without navigating away from their workflow, and allowing updates as needed. 

Keeping the Clinical Facesheet accurate and up-to-date supports informed clinical decision-making and smooth care coordination.

Information from the Facesheet can also be pulled into visit notes to streamline documentation.
