HOW TO: Manage Your Tasks

The Tasks module allows you to manage all your tasks in one central space. Tasks can be used in various workflows by different users. For example:

• Center Managers & Program Directors have the ability to view all tasks assigned to their team in order to ensure timely completion.
• Providers & Clinical Users can use tasks to track upcoming assessments and/or care plans that need to be completed, and assign tasks to clinical team members to manage workloads more efficiently.
• PT/OT, Social Workers, Dieticians and Home Care Coordinators can use tasks to track assessments that require attention, manage morning meeting action items, and provide care plan intervention updates.
• Quality Managers can use tasks to track all SDAGs in progress, ensuring program compliance with PACE standard regulations.
