HOW TO: Create a New Care Plan

After selecting a participant, the most recently signed version of the Care Plan will be displayed. To make updates, begin by creating a draft. This will open a fully editable version of the Care Plan, allowing users to add, remove, or modify any information as needed.

If the Participant is NEW - action the first Care Plan by selecting "Create Care Plan" from the Participant profile. 

Important notes

✔ The current version of the Care Plan will remain saved and active even after a draft has been created.

✔ Draft Care Plans can be edited and updated as needed until they are sent for IDT signature.

✔ Key sections that support building a Care Plan include: participant goals, problems, measurable outcomes, and interventions.
