Tasks

Search functionality updated to include search by "Assigned To" and new filter for "Assigned To". Available in Task Module and Participant Profile > Tasks

Scheduling

We have introduced a revamp to our Scheduling functionality introducing a filter to view and create events: 

• Work Day - displaying working hours instead of 24 hours (11 hours: 7 am- 6 pm)
• Full Day - 24 hour view
• Work Week - Monday-Friday
• Full Week - Sunday-Saturday
• Month - displays full weeks of each month, includes indicator on Sundays of week of year
• Year - January-December of current year
• Agenda - full 24 hour day view (this is the only option that has print functionality embedded)

Service Tracking

• Orders and Referrals processed in Elation that contain an ICD 10 code will pull into CareHub and be included in the Authorization Details.

Application fixes

• Care Plan - resolved ability to edit intervention in active care plan without having to add addressed factors for all factors as outlined in Content Checklist.  If no factor is associated with an intervention, we recommend adding a factor when the intervention is edited.
• Care Plan - resolved save prompting to complete missing problems that had been added
• Enrollment/Disenrollment - resolved ability to view attached documents regardless of status
• Scheduling - resolved non-IDT providers (CareHub staff users) calendars not displaying in side-by-side comparison on My Calendar or Participant calendar with filter applied
• Service Tracking - resolved ability to sort by Practice/Provider Name column
• User Management  – resolved inactive users displaying as an option when selecting users to assign to Tasks, Assessments, Events, Care Plans, etc.
