HOW TO: View Assessment Due Dates

The Assessment Module includes filters and tags to outline the status of an Assessment: 

Upcoming: Assessment has not yet been assigned to all disciplines

In Progress: Assessment has been assigned to all disciplines

Complete:  Assessment has been marked complete

There are two options to prepare for assessment due dates and to schedule assessment with IDT disciplines.  

1. Assessments Dashboard
2. Reports - Assessments

Viewing Due Dates in Assessments Dashboard

1. Click on Assessments from the main menu
2. Click on Filters
3. Select the Assessment Type from the drop-down menu
4. Check Upcoming
5. Check In Progress
6. Select the Due Dates
7. Click on Apply Filters

Viewing Due Dates in Reports

1. Click on Reports from the main menu
2. Click on Standard Reports
3. Click on Assessments (The Standard Reports will default to Assessments)
4. Click on Filters
5. Scroll down and select Assessment Type
6. Select Upcoming and In Progress from the Status dropdown menu
7. Select the date range from the Due Date dropdown menu
8. Click on Export (.csv)
