HOW TO: Start an Assessment

Assessments are also able to be added and completed at any point in time. This includes status change, SDR, as well as all of the standard screenings your program has configured for different disciplines. Within the assessments feature, a user will be able to add an assessment at the top of the page with the actions button.

Important notes

✔ Users should select the correct assessment, user and due date when adding.

✔ Once assessment as are added, they will show up in the in progress and completed section of the assessments feature (depending on status).

✔ Some of the assessments can be interdisciplinary while others may be completed by a single discipline / user.
