😎 New Features

Settings

Admin users can now set users with a Primary and optional Secondary Role. The Secondary Role only applies to interdisciplinary team roles (11 disciplines). User permissions are still applied based on Role(s) selected.

Care Plan

• Added ability to understand how effective date of Care Plans are determined:

  

• Updates to how the required signees of the Care Plan are added and appear: 

• Add signees by discipline; user(s) can fulfill more than one discipline. Each discipline selected will display next to their signature. 

  

Service Tracking

See the full workflow updates: 

• Updated workflow and functionality with Internal referrals created in Elation.

• Configuration of Internal Referral Contacts in Elation.

  • First Name: PACE INTERNAL (this must be in ALL CAPS to work as designed)
  • Last Name: Specialty (how this Group will appear in CareHub)
  • 

  • Auto-assign Authorization status to Internal  

  • Adjust scheduling automation- Service Status set to “Needs Scheduling”, however Scheduling Request no longer auto created.  

    

Team and Center Filters

Addition of badge icon to provide insight as to which Center and IDT Team are selected for the global filter.  If there is no icon- that indicates that no global filters have been applied. 

Printing

Update to printing ability of URL page when print function is not embedded into CareHub.  For example: for a Care Plan draft, previously when user would right-click and select Print, only one page of the Care Plan would print.  No, the entire URL page will print.  Utilize this functionality to print and review the Care Plan draft with your Participants prior to capturing signatures! 

Tasks

• Additional filter option of “Unassigned” added.  Use this filter to select one or more tasks and re-assign as needed! 

  

Assessments

• Update to how Initial Comprehensive Assessment due date is configured, instead of the date enrollment is completed, it will be based off of the selected enrollment date. 

  Example: Participant enrollment date is September 1st.  Enrollment can be completed on August 29th, and Initial Comprehensive Assessment will be due September 30th. 

• Assessments summaries include a required “Assessment location” field that maps to CMS Audit Universe reporting.

📈 New Reports

CMS MARx – Enrollment/Disenrollment

• Leverage the CareHub Enrollment and Disenrollment Information to create d the fixed with MARx (PLANTRAN) file through Reports.

• Select the month for which you want to submit data. The file download will contain the relevant enrollment/disenrollment data.

  Note: enter in the “SubmitterID” for CMS before the report is generated. Once the file is downloaded, delete the first row of the file.

  Notes Report

  A new report under Standard Reports giving data from Elation’s visit notes.

  Raw Data Sharing

  CareHub clients now have their raw data accessible to them via nightly full historical extracts provided via files.com.
