ENHANCEMENTS
Enhanced Agenda View with Event Status Tracking
Event status tracking is now built directly into the Agenda View within the Scheduling module. While originally designed for Day Center workflows, this enhancement applies to all scheduling event types.
What’s New

- Agenda cards now display color‑coded attendance statuses and allow staff to update attendance directly from the card:
- Update attendance using the status drop-down in the card header
- The most relevant next action (Check‑In or Check‑Out) appears first
- Common statuses always stay at the top for faster access
- Card color updates instantly, with date and time of the change shown
- Additional Details:
- Status with drop-down
- Time of event
- Participant Name/Member ID with chart pop-out
- Provider Name
- Visit Category
- Visit Type (if applicable)
- Icons if Transportation or On-site Aide are applicable
- Status last updated
- Description field
Metrics Cards
- Click one or more metrics cards to instantly filter the agenda view.
- Metrics stay fully synchronized with calendar and global filters.
- Real-time views and filters for:
- Scheduled
- Checked In
- Checked Out
- Canceled

Care Plan Safe Editing
Safe Editing prevents work from being accidentally overwritten when multiple users are documenting at the same time in Care Plans and IDT Meeting Notes.
How It Works
- Sections automatically lock while being edited
- Clear visual indicators show when a section or card is in edit mode
- Other team members can see who is actively working (highlighted with a yellow border)
- Locked sections cannot be edited simultaneously by others
- If editing user is no longer actively editing, the section will unlock. Inactive time is ~28 minutes.
Supported Areas
- Care Plan Problems, Outcomes, Interventions, and Content Checklists
- IDT Reason Notes
Unsaved Changes Protection
If a user tries to navigate away with unsaved changes, a warning appears to prevent accidental data loss.

Roster Report
- Added a new Death Date column to the Standard Roster report for improved participant tracking.

- The report now displays Name and NPI for both Billing Providers and Rendering Providers, as shown in CareHub.
HPMS Incident Reports
Five new HPMS Incident reports are now available, based on the Incidents module in CareHub:
- Media Related Event

- Infectious Disease
- Food Borne Outbreak
- Motor Vehicle Accident
These reports are designed to align with HPMS incident reporting requirements.
Application Fixes
Assessments
- PHQ-9 - The last question "If you checked off any problems, how difficult have these problems made it for you to do your work, take care of things at home, or get along with other people?" is not included in the total score.
- Standard (Clinical) Assessment - Selecting “Yes” on a standardized assessment triggers additional, conditionally dependent questions to appear.

Service Tracking
- System allow users to add a Primary Diagnosis Code within the Authorizations Details of Service Tracking.

ENHANCEMENTS
Care Plan
The Care Plans list has been enhanced to improve loading speed, organization, and usability, especially for programs managing a large number of care plans.
What’s improved:
- Faster loading - queue will load with first 50 Care Plans, option to continue to add to load an additional 50
- Default queue view is a flat list, meaning no filters or groupings are selected, Participant name, due date, and status tags are seen
- Filters include 4 options: Search by Participant, Group by Category, Status, and Due Date
- A new filter count badge shows how many filters are active at a glance. The highest filter count would be 4 if all options are selected.
- Filter selections persist when navigating away or logging out
Category Grouping Enhancements:
- Color‑coded bucket headers with total counts, including empty buckets
- Buckets load independently, each with its own Load More option when needed
- Empty categories remain visible with a “No participants” message for clarity
Filter Improvements:
- Status filters are automatically locked when controlled by a selected grouping (e.g., Overdue)
- Filters unlock immediately when the grouping is removed

Quality Inbox - SDR
Authorized users can now edit SDR Decision Details and Decision Notification Details directly.
What’s new:
- An Edit button is now available on the SDR Decision Details and Decision Notification Details for Approved, Denied, and Partially Denied status'.
- All edits are automatically tracked in the changelog
Authorized Users are: Org Admins, Center Manager, and Quality & Compliance.
This enhancement supports more timely corrections and aligns with recent improvements to editing SDR and Appeal decision and notification details.
Settings - My Preferences
All Users now have access to Settings, if not an Org Admin, option includes My Preferences. Users can now reset their saved display and workflow preferences using a new Restore Defaults option in Settings → My Preferences.
This clears saved preferences such as:
- Table filters
- Calendar views and filters
- Huddle page state
- Other saved UI settings
This is especially helpful if you encounter unexpected behavior — Support may recommend this as a first troubleshooting step.
Calendar preferences include selected calendars, calendar filters, and calendar management settings.
Application Fixes
IDT Meeting
- Fixed an error that prevented users from removing Intus Suggestions
- Suggestions can now be dismissed cleanly using the Dismiss Suggestion action (3 dot ellipsis)
Assessments
- Participant ID now correctly displays the user‑facing ID shown in the participant profile
- Fixed conditional free‑text fields that were duplicating answers across sections
- Corrected conditional logic so follow‑up questions only appear when criteria are met
- Fixed embedded CAM assessment scoring so results calculate correctly based on responses
- Care Plan Due Date populates correctly and includes helper text clarifying how the date is maintained
Note: The Care Plan Due Date is managed through the Care Plan itself and cannot be manually edited within the assessment.
Scheduling
- Fixed an intermittent error when starting a visit note that could cause write conflicts and duplicate notes
- Improved recurring event handling so schedule updates are treated as edits (not deletions), preserving Service Tracking history
- Prevented single‑event description updates from unintentionally detaching events from their recurring series
Quality Inbox - SDRs
- The Decision Due Date in SDR IDT meeting details is now editable and saves as expected
- Improved ability to correct SDR decision details (see Feature Enhancements above)
Service Tracking
- Manual entry for In‑Network and Out‑of‑Network providers is now available directly within the Add/Edit Scheduling Event screens
