Ability to edit the Assessment due date for all In Progress assessments (Comprehensive, Semi-Annual, SDR, standard screenings). CareHub will display when the participant’s care plan is due so you can be aware while setting an Assessment due date that the Assessment can be completed prior to the Care Plan meeting date.

Assessments - resolved - for customized response where "None" was an option, this now displays in the Assessment field instead of a blank
Assessments - resolved - PCP summary updated to display PCP name only and no location, previous location was listed as "Virtual"
Care Plan - resolved - If a user is two roles, they will only need to sign the care plan once and it should marked it as signed. Then when all the other required signees sign off, then the care plan draft should be moved to an Active care plan state.
Care Plan - resolved- limited issue with ability to save edits to Draft Care Plan
Care Plan - resolved - ability to edit intervention on migrated Active Care Plan without having to add all factors when applying changes
Scheduling - resolved - can no longer add yourself to My Calendar (it's done by default) or the same Participant to Participant's Calendar (also by default)
