INFO: Service Tracking - Internal Referrals

Internal Referrals for services provided by PACE (consider IDT Members or DME) can originate in Elation.

Configuration of Internal Referral Custom Contacts in Elation

• Navigate to Sampe D. Patient in Elation
• Start a Draft Referral or Letter
• Type in PACE INTERNAL, click outside the box, then select Add Details inside the box

     Add the Provider Details

• First Name: PACE INTERNAL (this must be in ALL CAPS to work as designed)
• Last Name: Specialty (how this Group will appear in CareHub)
• Add a generic email -- something like [e-mail]
