CMS MARx Report

Overview: 

Leverage the CareHub Enrollment and Disenrollment Information to create the fixed with MARx (PLANTRAN) file through Reports.

How to: 

1. Enter the Submitter ID, this Refers to the CMS User ID of the person who will upload the file to CMS. This is only used in the header row for the file.
2. Select the month for which you want to submit data. The file download will contain the relevant enrollment/disenrollment data.
3. Confirm the Report Type
4. Download Report

Notes: 

• The Participant names will display in the downloaded report
• Remove '.csv' from file name
• delete first row in the downloaded file before submission
