CMS MARx Report

•    Leverage the CareHub Enrollment and Disenrollment Information to create the fixed with MARx (PLANTRAN) file through Reports.

•    Select the month for which you want to submit data. The file download will contain the relevant enrollment/disenrollment data.

Note: Enter in the “SubmitterID” for CMS before the report is generated. Once the file is downloaded, delete the first row of the file
