CCD and CCDA files allow providers and patients to securely share clinical information when care is transferred between different providers or EHR systems.
This data will display in the patient's chart under "Requiring Action" typically labeled "Patient Summary" and will be available in the Provider's Practice Home queue under "Provider Letters".

FAQ
Why wasn’t all data imported when I clicked Import All?
Only demographics, allergies, problems, immunizations, and medications can be imported as structured data. All other information remains in the Patient Summary.
Why do I see “No new data to import from this section”?
The data has already been imported into the patient’s chart.
Can I undo Import All?
No. Imported data must be manually removed from the chart if needed.
How do I avoid importing discontinued medications or resolved problems?
Do not use Import All. Instead, select Sign and then select on the next screen only the records desired to import. Anything not imported will live in the report for reference.
Can a deleted Patient Summary be restored?
Yes. Contact IntusCare Support with your request- include the Patient ID and what information needs to be recovered. Not all deletions are recoverable.
