HOW TO: Search for a PACE Participant

From anywhere in CareHub, you can search for a Participant to view their full participant chart. 

1. Select the magnifying glass in the upper left of your screen to Search All Participants
2. Start Typing Participant Name
3. Select Participant
4. Access Participant's Profile which includes information such as:

• Timeline
• Conditions
• Quality- SDRs, Grievances, and Incidents
• Participant Calendar
