To complete the enrollment process, users must take the following steps:
- Ensure that all required intake information for this referral has been captured — all of the information from the above section will flow to the Participant Profile, which users can update at any time in the future.
- Upload the participant’s signed agreement.
- Confirm the date of agreement signature and the enrollment month.
