HOW TO: Edit Enrollment and Disenrollment Records

CareHub has built in the ability for PACE organizations to manage their Enrollment and Disenrollment records, including reverting these actions if necessary. 

The best way to manage is to access from the Enrollments module on the left side of CareHub: 

Undo Enrollment

• View Enrollment Record 
• Select Undo Enrollment
• Confirm Undo Enrollment
• Make edits to the Enrollment record
• Confirm Enrollment

Undo Disenrollment

• View Disenrollment Record 
• Select Undo Disenrollment
• Confirm Undo Disenrollment
• Make edits to the Disenrollment record
• Confirm Disenrollment
