Once an In Review grievance has been reviewed and discussed by the appropriate parties, and a resolution has been agreed upon, authorized users should proceed to resolve the grievance in CareHub. To complete this step, the following information must be entered:
- Resolution Type: Select the appropriate category that reflects how the grievance was resolved.
- Grievance Resolution Notification: Documentation or confirmation of how the resolution was communicated.
- Resolution Date: The date the grievance was officially resolved.
- Actions Taken: A summary of the steps or interventions taken to address the grievance.
- Resolution By: The name of the individual responsible for finalizing the resolution.
Important Notes
✔ Make sure to upload any documents related to the grievance resolution.
✔ Once a user submits the decision, the grievance will be in “closed” status.
