HOW TO: Close a SDR

After an SDR has been made approved, a user can close the SDR case so it is no longer active. 

This signifies the service was provisioned to the participant. 

Within the SDR, users will go to the three dots menu and close the SDR case. Users will enter:

• Provision of service description

• Date service was provisioned.
