Clients need to submit this HPMS report every quarter. Specifically they need to submit the counts of people who should be immunized who haven't and the counts of people who have been immunized (and the counts of people with a contraindication).
As a result, the report shows the same participant for each quarter as long as they are enrolled. If they were vaccinated last quarter (Q3) then there is an entry for them in Q3 and another entry for them in Q4 referencing the same vaccine.
In the Intus Care report, if the vaccine is contraindicated, then the record of it being contraindicated is pulled through for each quarter. So the collection Year-Quarter field is not related at all to the Administration Date. "Collection Year-Quarter" is referencing the HPMS collection period.
Our Immunizations - Flu report is currently showing only "Collection Year 2025" (10/1/2024 - 3/30/2025) data. Therefore, we would expect to see the total number of Participants enrolled during that time frame.
On October 1st each year, that report will populate data for collection year 2026 (10/1/2025 - 3/30/2026). At that point in time you should see 2026 records that reflect the current enrollment. That report will also update daily nightly based on their immunizations data which will meet the need to track this in "near real time".
